Manchester United is reportedly planning to loan £37 million forward Amad Diallo out this summer.

Manchester United's £37 million signing Amad Diallo is expected to be loaned out this summer.

In the second part of last season, the 19-year-old, who joined United in January, made eight first-team appearances for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side.

United have boosted their squad once more this summer, with the long-awaited signing of Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund for £73 million.

According to the Manchester Evening News, the club is willing to loan Diallo out for the upcoming season in order to increase his prospects of playing first-team football.

In addition to Sancho, Solskjaer has a plethora of attacking options coming season.

In their 4-0 pre-season win over Everton, Anthony Martial, Dan James, and Mason Greenwood all started, putting them ahead of Diallo in the pecking order.

Jesse Lingard and Edinson Cavani are both available for United, while Marcus Rashford will be out until October after undergoing a much-needed shoulder operation.

United have already loaned out right-sided attacker Facundo Pellistri to Alaves for the upcoming season, and Diallo might follow suit in 2021-22.

Last season, Diallo spent most of his time with United's Under 23 team, scoring a brace in his maiden outing for the club against Liverpool.

In a 4-0 Europa League victory over Real Sociedad, he made his first senior game as a replacement for Greenwood.
